After launching her luxurious bridal wear collection for spring/summer 2018 designer Farah Talib Aziz is all set to launch her Eid collection 2018 ahead of Ramadan. The designer has incorporated silk, organza and cotton net fabrics into her collection. Light hue floral printed cotton net shirts stitched with white lace designing over the neckline looks exhilarating refreshing. Taking a varied note on the cuts, FTA offers knee-length shirts as well as takes us back to 2013 trends with long ankle length straight and a-line shirts. If you’re looking for more embellished pieces for your Eid look this year then embroidered organza shirts with pearls, crystals and 3D embellishments along with thread work are the pieces in the collection that will make your appearance look grandeur. Seashell pink hand block printed shirt with crochet lace detailing and handcrafted embellishment of pearls on the sleeves paired with straight pants is one of our favourite number in the entire collection although I would’ve paired it with embroidered white tulip shalwar!
While we are on bringing the old trends back, Farah has also included angharka styled frocks in this year’s Eid collection in ice blue and seashell pink colors. Classic at its best. Hand printed designs with intricate embellishments makes the entire collection an exquisite affair. Flared sleeves and asymmetrical shirts are more of the contemporary cuts that have been taken in this collection. Most of the pieces come as a single piece with very few with complimentary dupatta otherwise trousers and dupatta have to be bought separately. Just like the elaborated lace work on the shirts same has been done down on the trousers with special attention given to the hemlines with flares and laces embellishments. The color palette used in this collection consists of soothing shades from the sorbet shade card. Summer appropriate shades and fine designs makes up Farah Talib Aziz’s Eid collection 2018.
The designer will exhibit her collection tomorrow (5th May 2018) in Karachi at Plot # F-42 , Street E, Block 4, Clifton and in Lahore on Thursday 10th of May! You can also place your order on Farah Talib Aziz’s website.
